Terms and Conditions 

Thank you for choosing Lanreé Aesthetics.  Please take the time to read the terms and conditions set out below which apply to all treatments and consultations.

“Lanreé”,” we”, “our” or “us” means Lanree Limited , company number 6198450.
“Customer” or “you”  means the person taking the treatments or services.

Appointments and cancellations
2.1 We require 48 hours notice for a cancellation.  If you are unable to attend your appointment please contact us immediately on our official Instagram @lanreeaesthetics or via email at [info@lanree.co.nz].  If your appointment is not cancelled or rescheduled 48 hours in advance of the agreed appointment time, the cost of your booking will be charged in full and/or your voucher redeemed. Any deposit paid to secure the booking will be fully forfeited if cancellation or reschedule is made less than 48 hours from the agreed appointment time. Deposits paid are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
2.2 Please arrive for your appointment in plenty of time so that any necessary consent forms can be completed.  Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time or forfeiting of the appointment.  If you are running late for your treatment but the treatment is still able to proceed, we may need to end your treatment at the appointed time to facilitate bookings by other clients for subsequent sessions.
2.3 Prior to your appointment we will inform you of any preparation required in advance of your treatment.  Failure to follow any guidelines provided may prevent us from going ahead with your treatment and may result in cancellation of your appointment.

Prices and Payment
3.1 The applicable fees are updated from time to time on the Lanreé treatment price list which is available on our official website. Should you have any questions about pricing or treatments please ask at your initial consultation.
3.2 All individual treatments must be paid for in full in advance. You may be required to pay for a deposit to secure your booking and this deposit is non-refundable but can be used to redeem for another treatment.
3.3 Subject to our obligations at law, all fees paid are non-refundable once the treatment has been carried out.
3.4 All treatment packages must be paid for in full prior to the first treatment; and the final treatment must be carried out within 2 years of the date of purchase. Following purchase, a treatment package is non-refundable and non-transferrable (subject to our obligations at law).  A treatment package cannot be redeemed for cash at any time.
3.5 We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard and Farmers Finance cards. The use of any credit card will be subject to a service fee of 2%.

4.1 Depending on the treatment you wish to receive, you may also receive an information/disclaimer form from the manufacturers of products. It is important that you read this information and consider any possible side effects or potential complications that may occur prior to deciding to have the treatment.  These terms and conditions are intended to be read in conjunction with any product specific information/disclaimer, not instead of it. It is your responsibility to follow any post-treatment instructions and recommendations provided either by Lanreé or the manufacturer of a specific product/treatment system.
4.2 Prior to commencing any treatment you must provide Lanreé with all relevant medical details and any relevant medical history.  Lanreé does not accept responsibility for any issues arising from a Customer’s failure to disclose relevant details.
4.3 The performance of any treatment is unpredictable, and results will vary from customer to customer.  By using Lanreé’s services, you acknowledge these circumstances and you acknowledge that Lanreé makes no warranty whatsoever as to the quality or fitness for purpose of any particular treatment, or that any specific outcome will be achieved from any treatment.

5.1 Without prejudice to any other provision of these Terms and Conditions, to the maximum extent permitted by law Lanreé will not be liable (in contract, tort or otherwise) for any loss or liability suffered by a customer as a result of the treatments or services carried out save to the extent caused by Lanreé’s negligence.
5.2 Lanreé will assess the suitability of possible treatments but outcomes vary from person to person and Lanreé does not warrant that a particular treatment will be fit for the Customer’s purpose or will meet the Customer’s expectations. The final selection of a specific treatment remains the Customer’s responsibility.
5.3 All warranties (express or implied) are hereby excluded to maximum extent permitted by law.

Privacy and contact
6.1 Lanreé may collect personal information such as your telephone number and email address from you for the purpose of sending you promotions, marketing materials and information about special offers. You are able to opt out of receiving this correspondence at any time. You may request access to any personal information held and may request the correction of any information which is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date.
6.2 Lanreé may seek your authorisation to use photographs for marketing and social media purposes.  Photographs will not contain any information directly identifying you (unless  agreed) and may not be used without your consent.

7.1 Our aim is to provide professional, quality treatments. If for any reason you are dissatisfied please contact us immediately at the clinic or within 48 hours of your treatment. We will need to see you in person or receive a photograph of the problem (including a date stamp) in order to address the situation fairly. Complaints are rare but we take them seriously.
